About JDQuotes

The Anvil JDQuotes tab enables users to easily manage all aspects of their customer quotes, including related equipment, attachments, trade-ins, and sales incentives. Anvil JDQuotes sync with John Deere’s JDQuote2 system every 15 minutes, but you can also sync them yourself to send immediate updates to JDQuote2. You also have the option to open links to JDQuote2 right from the record.

To access JDQuotes, navigate to the JDQuotes tab.

Click a JDQuote Name from the list view to open any record.

JDQuotes Record Page

The JDQuote record page contains action buttons, key information, and additional tabs. Let’s take a look:

  1. Quick action buttons display which actions you can perform on the record. The Follow button allows you to receive updates in your Chatter Feed when any changes are made to the record. The Update Pipeline button walks you through moving the pipeline stage forward or back, and Mark Sold walks you through closing the deal. Additional buttons link to the JDQuote2 system and open in a separate browser tab.

  3. The Pipeline Status bar provides a visual display of the statuses, with the current status highlighted.

Beneath the Pipeline Status bar, you’ll see:
